I recognize that the decision to embark on the journey to improve one's mental health is not an easy one. Choosing a therapist that you can trust and establish a positive rapport with is critical. My goal as a clinical psychologist is to provide a comfortable, interactive environment, where together clients and I work to make positive life strides.

I facilitate change by helping others develop insight into how their thought patterns impact on behavioral and emotional functioning. Evidence based, cognitive behavioral skills and strategies are utilized to help clients develop the necessary tools and insight to improve overall emotional health.

As a private practitioner since 2005, I have extensive experience in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, Depression and Mood Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and ADHD, in children, adolescents and adults. I completed specialized training in the treatment of OCD at the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, a program sponsored by the International OCD Foundation. A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to working with clients to combat OCD through the use of Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

Prior to my work in private practice, I was employed as a School Psychologist on the Child Study Team in an elementary school in East Brunswick, NJ.  Experience with special education law, cognitive assessment and learning disabilities enables me to assist parents through the process of obtaining help for their child within the school environment for both learning and behavioral issues.
